Description
The practice of the Prophet ﷺ was to vary the adhkār within ṣalāh. Memorising and reciting the different adhkār and duʿās within your ṣalāh (particularly in voluntary prayers) will increase your khushūʿ, help you taste the sweetness of ṣalāh and encourage you to reflect on what you are saying.
